1. Product Orders
All products are made to order. Customers must confirm all design details (logo, message, font, placement) before production begins. Engravia will not be responsible for any errors once the design is approved.
2. Lead Time
Standard production time is 714 business days after design approval and payment confirmation. Urgent orders may be accommodated with an additional express fee.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed. For corporate clients, credit terms may be offered upon approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. If the design process has begun but production has not, a service fee of 20% may be charged.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If products are damaged during delivery or have manufacturing defects, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will replace the affected items or offer a suitable solution.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery. However, delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, customs) are beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs and logos submitted by the customer are assumed to be owned or licensed by the customer. Engravia is not liable for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided content.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer data is used solely for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
all products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has started.
Refund Eligibility
We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or broken upon delivery.
There is a manufacturing defect or engraving mistake caused by our team.
The product received is significantly different from the approved design.
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos as proof.
Non-Refundable Situations
Customer changes mind after confirming the order.
Errors in spelling or design that were approved by the customer.
Delay caused by courier or external shipping factors.
Process for Claims
